Our transitional housing model is designed for individuals who need a stable place to live while working toward independence. Residents may include people transitioning from homelessness, recovery programs, reentry, job loss, family hardship, or other life changes.
We provide a clean, organized home environment with clear house expectations, shared responsibilities, and support-focused housing coordination.

Thrive Property Management does not provide medical care, clinical treatment, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, or licensed assisted living services. Housing is intended for individuals who can live independently in a shared residential setting.
